By Kind is an Asian women owned startup skincare brand based in NYC. Their brand focuses on using clean ingredients like rice bran and papaya enzymes to work for the most sensitive skin.
Rain worked closely with other social media interns to create content for Instagram. She created around 3-4 reels a week and worked with the graphic design intern to create posts as well. Working at this brand allowed her to understand more about the skincare and beauty world while also being able to create content that aligned with a Gen Z audience.
